After the evening scheduled meeting with the key team volunteers to organise the event successfully, the outcome hints that we are headed to a Great Start for RUNWALKINDIA.
1. Permissions - Sorted out by meeting the Park Authorities. Guidance and Assurance from them to obtain the Corporation "No objection" has helped us to invest more time into the other Chores towards the event rather than running from pillar to post for the permission.
2. Authorities and the team decides the path (track) of the events. - Yet the exact Start point/line and Finish spot to be zeroed in.
3. Required to print leaflets in both English and local language as per the authorities - Being arranged & made ready in 2 days. Till then Fliers will circulate.
4. 6 Banners decided to be put up at different points which helps to spread the awareness and clearly shows the path/track out side the park.
5. Information thr' leaflets and large display boards to surrounding Schools, Colleges, Health Clubs, Gyms decided to be done by next week.
6. Quantity of T-shirts and Caps(for Kids - Hard Paper Caps with strings) to be decided by 20th March.
